Release Description:

Version v0.1.0 marks the first deployment for the project Proteus and the first milestone achieved of the project. In this release, we have added the cornerstone of the project such as the main framework to be used, the project libraries, and the dependencies. We have also added the first 3 page of the project which are the landing page, 404 page, and finally the changelog page.
